By registering to attend the conference, delegates agree to the following terms and conditions:

Confirmation and Payment

• Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.
• Payment at time of registration is required by credit or debit card.

Cancelation

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to the conference organiser. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.

• Cancellations received on or before 30th March 2026 will receive a refund, less a £27.50 refund fee.
• Cancellations received between 1st April and 1st May 2026 will receive a refund, less a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received on or after 1st May 2026 are non-refundable, however transfer of registration to another attendee is acceptable.

Conference Scheduling

At any time prior to the Conference, times of advertised events, sessions and speakers may change without notice. The organisers reserve all rights to cancel or postpone the Conference or to change the venue, speaker presentation times, and dates of various events without prior notice.
